Angela White, better known as Blac Chyna, is facing a new lawsuit from her ex-boyfriend, Twin Hector, who accuses her of savagely attacking him while he slept.
The lawsuit reveals a series of violent incidents during their nearly three-year relationship while living together in Los Angeles.
According to court documents, Twin Hector claims Blac Chyna would frequently become physically violent.
He alleges the violence escalated in September 2021, when Chyna allegedly attacked him in their bed, leaving him with severe injuries.
Twin Hector’s lawsuit details how Blac Chyna punched him in the face, using her fists, elbows, and knees.
His injuries reportedly included deep cuts on his face and a swollen shut eye.
Photographs of these injuries are included in the legal filings.
The suit claims that after the attack, Blac Chyna called her personal physician to the home to treat Hector’s injuries, allegedly with blood still on her hands when the doctor arrived.
Hector further alleges that Blac Chyna’s violent outbursts were often fueled by drugs and alcohol, at times escalating to attempts to strangle him or use household objects as weapons.
Blac Chyna’s ex-fiancé, Rob Kardashian, is also mentioned in the lawsuit, as Hector claims Rob and other members of the Kardashian family have previously testified that Blac Chyna has a history of verbal abuse and physical violence, especially under the influence of alcohol.
Hector’s lawsuit states that Blac Chyna believes she can attack men without facing consequences, and he is seeking over $10 million in damages.
Twin Hector’s attorney, Kirk Edward Schenck, told TMZ, “It is a shocking experience for any man to be attacked by a female aggressor in a domestic violence context, knowing they cannot defend themselves for fear of being falsely labeled the aggressor. Every day, men in America suffer brutal injuries but often lack the courage to come forward.”
Schenck adds, “Our client is standing up and seeking protection under California’s Domestic Violence Protection Act, which applies to all genders.”
While Blac Chyna faces these serious allegations, she has also made significant efforts to transform her life.
On September 15, she celebrated two years of sobriety, marking a new chapter in her personal journey.
