Atlanta school bus driver, Ricky Williams, is facing charges of enticing a child after making sexual comments to an 11-year-old boy.
The 11-year-old boy is special needs, and his mom Christina Mills said he suffers from emotional problems already, and she fears after this incident he may never be the same.
Two weeks ago, Christina’s son took a bus to the North Metro Gnets School for students with disabilities, and according to her the bus driver Ricky Williams told her son that he wanted to be the first person to touch him.
Mr. Williams began to lead on a conversation with my son.
And, the word… the conversation… the comment came up is… he wanted to be the first one to touch him, he wanted to be my son’s first.
Williams was arrested last Tuesday on felony charges for enticing a child for indecent purposes.
Video and audio from the school bus surveillance camera confirmed that Williams made sexual comments to a student on September 23.
Williams sent emails to the 11-year old the same day of the incident instructing him to forget everything they talked about.
He also allegedly sent the 11-year old an email the day before he was arrested stating that he lost his job over him.
Christina Mills says her heart is broken right now for her son, and she feels let down by Atlanta Public School Systems Transportation.
Williams bailed out of jail on Saturday, and he is on administrative leave pending an investigation.
