Aww, Baby! Ashanti and Nelly are a couple again and she proudly repped her rekindled romance at the 2023 MTV VMAs.
The “Rock Wit U” singer pulled up to the pink carpet with a clutch adorned with a throwback photo of herself and her man.
Ashanti gave Entertainment Tonight the scoop on the purse saying:
I just thought this was cool because this picture was taken 20 years ago at the VMAs in 2003 so…I thought it was cute.
When asked about their relationship, the singer said:
We’re in a great place. Yeah, we’re together.

What makes the photo even more special is it was taken the night she and Nelly exchanged phone numbers and began their first romance.
