’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Jason Hitch Passes Away From COVID-19

Jason Hitch, who starred in season 2 of the hit reality series, “90 Day Fiancé,” died after suffering complications from COVID-19.

According to his sister, Shannon, Jason passed away on Tuesday (December 14) inside of the intensive care unit of a Florida hospital.

He was surrounded by loved ones in his final moments. 

Shannon said Jason was not vaccinated and he did not have any pre-existing conditions. 

Jason Hitch was a first lieutenant in the Army reserves in Florida.

He starred in season 2 of “90 Day Fiancé” in 2014 and married Cássia Tavares, a Brazilian woman who relocated to the United States to be with him.

They separated in 2017 and divorced in 2018.

Jason was 45.
