Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is once again making waves, this time with a gripping Netflix docuseries spotlighting serious allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Directed by Alexandria Stapleton, the series delves into accusations of sex trafficking, racketeering, sexual assault, and violent abuse surrounding the music mogul.
“This story goes beyond the headlines. It’s a decades-long narrative that’s been hidden in plain sight,” 50 Cent and Stapleton shared in an exclusive statement to Variety. “While these allegations are disturbing, we must also remember that Combs’ actions do not define the entirety of hip-hop culture.”
The project, produced under 50 Cent’s G-Unit Film & Television and Stapleton’s House of Nonfiction, comes at a time when Combs is facing mounting legal troubles.
It all started with a lawsuit from ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who settled with him after opening the floodgates to multiple other claims.
Combs was recently arrested on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and more, although he pleaded not guilty and remains in custody after being denied bail.
Beyond Diddy‘s legal issues, the series will also explore disturbing allegations involving his son, Christian “King” Combs, and others tied to the music industry giant.
Despite his denial of all charges, 50 Cent’s documentary promises to dive deep into the controversial life of Diddy, offering a raw and unfiltered look at the stories that have long been whispered about in the industry.
Proceeds from the series will go to support sexual assault survivors, adding a significant layer to the project’s purpose.
It’s not just about entertainment—it’s about justice.
