Prosecutors are attempting to have YFN Lucci put back in jail until his case ends because reportedly he attended a studio session and went to a strip club the day after he posted a $500,000 bond.
According to legal documents, the Atlanta strip club that YFN Lucci went to is at the center of an investigation into a gang-related shooting.
The studio session and the strip club appearance were both violations of YFN Lucci’s monitored released.
Lucci was released on bond back in February pending he obeys a long list of conditions before his next hearing, but Lucci has had multiple violations since then, including:
- Tampering with his ankle monitor.
- Testing positive for marijuana.
- Testing positive for opiates.
- Attending an ATL studio session.
- Attending an ATL strip club.
Lucci’s lawyer, Drew Findling, claims that the accusations are without merit and full of inaccuracies.
This attempt to revoke his bond is without merit and is replete with factual and legal inaccuracies. We will zealously fight this motion as we will with every aspect of this legally flawed prosecution.
For a man with a pending murder case, YFN Lucci is allegedly out here percolating in these ATL streets.
