Showtime has announced that Golden Globe winner and Oscar® and Emmy® nominee Uma Thurman will join the highly anticipated drama series “Dexter: Resurrection.”
Thurman, known for her iconic roles in “Pulp Fiction,” “Kill Bill,” and “Smash,” takes on the role of Charley, a series regular and the “Head of Security” for mysterious billionaire Leon Prater.
A Powerful Addition To The Dexter Universe
Thurman’s character, Charley, is a former Special Ops officer with an impressive background in high-level private security.
As the resourceful and meticulous right-hand woman to Prater, Charley promises to bring a compelling new dynamic to the storyline.
Her role adds another layer of intrigue to the world of Dexter Morgan, played by the returning Michael C. Hall, a SAG and Golden Globe winner.

Alongside Thurman and Hall, “Dexter: Resurrection” features several familiar faces:

Production for the series kicked off in New York earlier this month, and fans can look forward to its premiere in the summer of 2025 on Paramount+ with Showtime.

With more than 2.1 million global viewers for its premiere episode, it became the most-streamed Showtime premiere in history.
