Tiffany Haddish Trends On Social Media Over ‘Shout Out’ At George Floyd’s Memorial Service

Tiffany Haddish is trending on social media after attending George Floyd’s memorial service on Thursday at North Central University in Minneapolis.

After delivering her eulogy, Rev. Al Sharpton began doing a celebrity roll call of those who were in attendance – Kevin Hart, Ludacris, Tyrese, Will Packer, and T.I. and he overlooked Tiffany.

As he proceeded, he was stopped by Attorney Benjamin Crump to make sure he made a grand acknowledgment of her presence as well.

Rev. Al later joked that he “disrespected” Tiffany and brought her on stage during the 8 minute and 46 seconds of silence in honor of George to make it up to her.

Tiffany Haddish immediately began to trend on Twitter as people reacted to the moment that could have been avoided had a celebrity roll not taken place.

Again, all of this could have been avoided if the shoutouts had been avoided.

The focus should remain on justice for George Floyd and his family.
