Tasha K took to social media to announce she has lost her appeal in her libel case with Cardi B.
In January 2022, a jury found Tasha, whose real name is Latasha Kebe, liable on counts of defamation, invasion of privacy, and infliction of emotional distress.
Cardi was awarded $1 million for suffering and reputational damage, as well as another $250,000 for her medical expenses.
She was also awarded an additional $3 million dollars in punitive damages and attorneys fees in her libel lawsuit against blogger and YouTuber Tasha K for a total of $4 million in damages.
Tasha K didn’t go down without a fight and filed an appeal in the case.
She took to social media on Tuesday to inform her fans, who she refers to as the Winos, that she lost the appeal and is now throwing in the white flag.
Tasha also issued an apology to Cardi B and her team.

She also advised her fans NOT to donate to any GoFundMe campaigns in an effort to help her pay the $4.1 million owed to Cardi B.
It appears this case has officially come to a close.
During her sit down with Ts Madison, Tasha K says that she is “excited” that Cardi B’s defamation lawsuit played out the way it did.
