SZA has social media buzzing after dropping a teaser for her “Drive” video, which stars none other than Ben Stiller.
The single is part of the highly anticipated release of Lana, the deluxe version of the Grammy Award-winning singer’s 2022 SOS album.
In the Bradley J. Calder-directed clip, Ben Stiller drives down the road, fully immersed in his emotions as he emphatically lip-syncs the lyrics to SZA’s track.

The Backstory On SZA And Ben Stiller
If you’re wondering how this unexpected collaboration came to be, it all started with SZA’s love for Stiller’s hit Apple TV+ series, “Severance“.
Impatient for the new season, SZA took to X (formerly Twitter) and wrote: “Was tryna be police but I rent need a new season of severance right the f* now.”*
To her surprise, Ben Stiller replied: “Ok ok got it.”
Caught off guard, SZA humbly responded: “Omg please accept my humble apology lmao whenever ur read is fine 😩 just dying of thirst it’s the best show ever! Ur a madman 🫡 THANK U mr stiller king sir!”
During a later appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon“, Ben Stiller shared that he’s a huge fan of SZA and said, “What she wants… she gets.”
Apparently, SZA wanted him in her music video.
