Stephen Curry revealed recently on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” that his wife, Ayesha Curry, was the candy plug when they first met.
Stephen recalled that they were both shy young teenagers, who really didn’t know how to approach one another, but he knew Ayesha was from Canada.
He became a lover of Canadian candy from the time he spent in Canada when his dad Dell Curry played for the Toronto Raptors.
So Ayesha became his Canadian candy plug in the early teenage years of their relationship.
Now, Steph is a 3x NBA Champion, the best 3-point shooter in NBA history, and Ayesha is a respected chef with a culinary empire that includes food shows, cookbooks, and magazines.
The Currys also have a new show called “About Last Night,” which premieres on HBO Max on February 10.
