*This post contains spoilers.* The streets of Twitter are buzzing about “Power Book III: Raising Kanan” Season 2 Episode 9!
Episode 9: ‘Anti-Trust’
Raq is still concerned about the wedge that seems to be widening between her and Kanan, but her first order of business is going to battle with Sal and his Italian crew.
Sadly, Renee didn’t survive Sal’s ambush on Marvin and now it’s left him in a state of self-evaluation.

Marvin is ready to shift his karma by doing more good than bad in the world, but his timing is horrible.
On a positive note, Marvin’s desire to change seems to be cracking the door open for a reconciliation with Jukebox.
But, it’s still baby steps.
Kanan is still processing the fact that Detective Howard is his father and that his mother actually sent him on a mission to kill his daddy.
Meanwhile, Detective Howard is reconnecting with Allah while trying to navigate his new relationship with his newfound son.

Lou quickly realizes his partnership with Cartier was a poor decision and that his “silent partner” isn’t going to shut up when it comes to business and money.
So, he and Raq take charge of the situation and silence Cartier forever.
Arrivederci!

Fame is down bad.
He doesn’t have a pot to piss in and if he doesn’t come up with his rent money – he won’t have a window to throw it out of either.
And it seems desperate times call for desperate measures because Fame made the poorest decision when he fumbled a robbery.

Now, he and the streets got a body.
Last, but certainly not least, I’d like to take a moment to pay homage to Unique, who may be the realest dude in the “Power” universe.
Despite everything he’s been through with Raq, he didn’t sell her out to Sal.

A real one indeed.
