It’s official! “Power Book IV: Force” has been renewed for a second season at Starz.
The renewal comes one week after 50 Cent publicly blasted the network for handing a Season 3 renewal to “Hightown” before renewing “Force.”
The renewal of the fourth “Power” spinoff comes as no surprise considering Tommy Egan kicked in the door waving the 4-4 when “Power Book IV: Force” garnered 3.3 million cross-platform viewers to become the biggest series premiere audience for any show in the history of the network.
Be clear, Fiddy’s antics had no bearing on the show’s renewal.
The network confirmed the renewal was in the works weeks before Curtis blasted the network.
Joseph Sikora, who stars as Tommy Eagan, took to Instagram to react to the renewal writing:
HERE WE GOOOOOO! I need everybody to jump in the Mustang with me. We’re going for a ride.

Jeffrey Hirsch, President and CEO at Starz said:
Fans have been eagerly awaiting Joseph’s return as the iconic ‘Tommy Egan’ and from the show’s record-setting debut, it was clear right away that they want to see another season of him taking on this new city.
We are thrilled to have Joseph back in the ‘Power’ Universe and to be expanding the world with a new tapestry of power players brought to life by our fantastic cast.
Congratulations to the cast and crew of “Force.”
