Nick Cannon slid into the streets of Twitter on Thursday to announce he’s taking time off from his morning Show.
In a series of tweets, Nick said:
Morning radio family. I have decided to take some time away from my radio show so I can commit myself to deeper, more thorough reflection and education.
I will use this time to establish an action plan towards real, impactful change and advocacy aimed at bringing people together.
I continue to express my gratitude to the Rabbis, community leaders and institutions who have reached out to me to help enlighten me.
Their input and friendship will help me as I further commit myself to more profound learning and towards strengthening the bond between the Black and Jewish cultures every day going forward.

The decision comes on the heels of ViacomCBS terminating their 20-year partnership with him over “anti-semitic” remarks he made during his podcast.
Nick issued an apology to the Jewish community and Fox has decided to keep him as host of “The Masked Singer.”
In other news, Nick had to clap back at 50 Cent who was trolling him over “Wild N’ Out.”
50 went the extra mile and made a mock poster featuring Michael Blackson for a show called, “Out Wild.”
He captioned the photo:
tune into my New show Out Wild starring @michaelblackson it’s kinda like a show that got cancelled. LOL #bransoncognac #lecheminduroi
Nick responded:
Hahaha It be your own people!! Feels like when @losangelesconfidential came in and took over G-Unit!! “Damn Homey, In Highschool you was the man Homey!!” ??????
