Martin Lawrence took to social media to set the record straight when it comes to Tisha Campbell.

You may recall the former “Martin” co-stars were estranged for years after Tisha accused Martin of sexual harassment on the show.

It took Tommy Ford‘s passing (and her split from Duane Martin) for them to finally make amends and leave the past in the past.

Recently, while promoting Bad Boys For Life, GQ magazine asked Martin how he was able to move past Tisha’s allegations of sexual harassment.

He responded, “Yeah because… none of that was true. It was all bulls**t.”

During her appearance on “The Talk,” Tisha said she was “shocked” by what Martin said and she reached out to him.

I can’t go into much detail about the past because there was a confidentiality agreement, so the gag order says no. But, what I can say is… I was actually kind of shocked.

I hit him up. He called me within a minute… He was like, ‘Don’t read into what it is, there’s a lot of people that’s trying to bring up the past, and trying to make it news today. But, you know T, we’re good. I love you. I love your family.’

Again, I’m not going to go into details, because I want to respect his privacy and I want to respect mine. But I will say, by the end of it, it was nothing but laughter and healing. And I got a chance to experience that. And I’m so glad that we’re in a good place right now.

Martin Lawrence also took to social media to cosign the sentiment writing:

Regardless of the past or any misrepresentation of it In the press, I have nothin but love for Tisha then and now. We are good and always will be! #teammartymar #yougogirl

Although I’m still Mortons (salty) over the way “Martin” ended…I’m glad they didn’t let outside influences ruin their efforts to remain friends.
