Lil Nas X took to Instagram to share a concerning health update—he’s lost control of the right side of his face.
The 26-year-old Grammy Award-winning artist posted a video from what appears to be a hospital bed and nervously laughed off the incident, saying, “I can’t even laugh right, bro. WTF?!”

My first thought? Bell’s palsy.
Bell’s palsy is a condition that causes sudden weakness or paralysis on one side of the face, often due to inflammation or damage to the facial nerve.
While the exact cause isn’t always known, it’s believed to be linked to viral infections or stress.
Common symptoms include a drooping mouth, trouble closing the eye on the affected side, and an overall uneven appearance in facial expressions.
If you look closely at the video, you’ll notice a change in Lil Nas X’s eyes, too.
