“Married To Medicine: Los Angeles” star Lia Dias was granted a temporary restraining order against her husband, Colin Dias Sr., shortly after he filed for divorce.
In the legal documents, Lia alleges multiple instances of verbal and physical abuse including being punched, verbally harassed, and being threatened or prevented from leaving.
The most recent incident took place last month where Lia claims Colin pushed her to the ground and kicked her.
She also claims Colin changed the locks to their house, and she was not able to see her kids.
Lia was granted a temporary restraining order giving her temporary custody of the kids.
According to the restraining order, Colin Dias Sr. is to stay away from the kids until the legal process has ran its course.
Lia Dias and Colin Dias Sr. have two children together, a 6-year-old daughter, Kaylin, and a 5-year-old son, Colin Jr.
Lia also has a 16-year-old daughter, Kayla, from a previous marriage.
Colin is a psychiatrist, and he describes Lia as “erratic and emotionally abusive” in his legal documents.
He claims Lia has lashed out at him over the years, and he alleges she punched him in the stomach after he had abdominal surgery.
Colin also said he feared for his safety on August 18, when Lia and her crew rolled up on him, at his sister’s house, demanding to see her kids.
Colin Sr. filed for divorce on August 17, and he asked for joint legal and physical custody of their children.
