💔 Sweet Tea Spills the Real Tea On Her Exit
Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford has officially closed the chapter on her “Married to Medicine” journey.
After joining the Bravo hit in Season 10 as the new wife of Dr. Greg Lunceford, Lateasha brought major energy—and major tension—especially when it came to her husband’s ex-wife and M2M OG, Quad Webb.
But now, after just two seasons of navigating marriage, mess, and nonstop shade, Lunceford has announced she won’t be returning for Season 11—and the decision doesn’t appear to be hers.
📱 Addressing Fans Directly
In a candid moment on Instagram, Lateasha responded to a fan who called her departure “foul.”
She didn’t hold back, saying, “It definitely was foul… I’m not a quitter. Never ever been a quitter. And I never ran away from anybody.”
She added that she believes God has something better in store for her, and while the “Married to Medicine” platform had its purpose, her journey is taking a new turn.

👗 From Newbie To Headline-Maker
Lunceford made her debut as Dr. Greg’s new bride, instantly stirring the pot with Quad, whose history with Greg remained a hot topic.
From awkward run-ins to heated confrontations, Sweet Tea didn’t back down.
Her bold personality divided fans, but she undeniably made her mark on the franchise.
🎬 What’s Next For ‘Married To Medicine’?
Filming for “Married to Medicine” Season 11 is reportedly gearing up, but Lateasha and Phaedra Parks won’t be part of the cast moving forward.
Phaedra is heading back to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” in the wake of Kenya Moore’s exit, and that leaves the M2M cast in full transition mode.
As for Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford, she’s keeping her head high and her eyes on new opportunities—because sometimes, walking away isn’t quitting, it’s leveling up.
