Kendrick Lamar has released the official music video for “The Heart Part 5” and I am completely blown away by it. 

The visual arrives days before the May 13 release of the Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper’s fifth studio (double) album, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers.

In the video, directed by Kendrick Lamar and Dave Free, the rapper morphs into various controversial celebrities including O.J. Simpson, Kanye West, Jussie Smollett, and Will Smith.

Kendrick also morphs into Black icons like the late Kobe Bryant and the late Nipsey Hussle.

He notes: “I am. All of us.”

If this video and single are any indication of what’s to come on Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers – we should all buckle up for a great ride.
