Jordan Brand Leaps Into The Self-Lacing Space With The Air Jordan 11 Adapt (Video)

Jordan Brand will release their first self-lacing sneaker, the Air Jordan 11 Adapt, on December 30 at a price point of $500.

I’m sure multiple rappers and athletes have already put their bids in with their sneaker plugs for this release.

The Jordan Brand Adapt contains Nike Adapt Technology, which allows users to customize the Adapt buttons on the shoe’s midsole by personalizing the color scheme and flashing pattern of the buttons’ lights through a special Jordan-flavored interface app.

Some misconceptions are floating around that the color of the shoes can change, but it is actually the Adapt buttons on the shoe’s midsole that change colors.

Like the Marty McFly’s from the hit movie Back to the Future the Air Jordan 11 Adapt lace themselves.

The Nike Adapt Technology allows the user to customize the fit through the app.

The Air Jordan 11 Adapt will be released on the Nike SNKRS app on Dec.30, but if you don’t have a bot or a sneaker plug enjoy looking at the pics of the shoes in the video below.

Have you ever tried to buy shoes off the Nike SNKRS app?
