Just when you thought Diddy’s legal woes couldn’t get any worse, former model Crystal McKinney has filed a lawsuit against the embattled mogul, claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted her.
The Unraveling Of A Dark Night
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the alleged incident dates back to 2003.
Crystal, then a 22-year-old aspiring model, was invited to a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in New York City.
It was there that she met Sean “Diddy” Combs. Sparks didn’t fly—instead, a storm was brewing.
Diddy invited Crystal back to his studio, and that’s where things took a sinister turn.
With Hennessy flowing and joints being passed around, Crystal says she took a hit that was “very powerful” and made her feel like she was floating.
She believes the joint was laced with a narcotic or other drug.
Bathroom Nightmare
What happened next sounds like something out of a nightmare.
Crystal claims Diddy demanded she follow him to the bathroom, where he allegedly forced himself on her, kissing her and pushing her head towards his crotch while commanding her to “suck it.”
Despite her refusal, she says Diddy forced her to perform oral sex.
Feeling woozy and losing consciousness, Crystal says she woke up in a taxi, realizing she had been sexually assaulted.
The lawsuit isn’t clear if she’s referring to the forced oral sex or another assault while she was unconscious.
A Career Crushed & A Life Shattered
Crystal’s suit claims that following the alleged assault, she was blackballed from the modeling industry.
Her dreams were shattered, leading to severe depression and a suicide attempt in 2004.
Years later, seeing other women like Cassie come forward with their stories of alleged abuse by Diddy, Crystal says she felt a moral obligation to speak up.
She’s now seeking unspecified damages.
