Chet Hanks‘ ex-girlfriend, Kiana Parker, used Instagram to find the location of his 31st birthday party and served him with an assault lawsuit.

A rep for Kiana Parker says that Chet Hanks was served on August 7 at 12:16 AM at the Bottled Blonde nightclub in Houston, Texas.
Chet posted videos from inside the club to his IG story, and those videos were used by Kiana’s team to track his location.
Once his location was identified the server rushed to the club before Chet left.
Court records confirmed that Chet was served on August 7.
Kiana said she is glad that Chet must finally answer for his charges.
I am glad that he must finally answer for his charges, this has been lingering for too long and I will continue to seek closure, healing, and justice. My life matters so I spoke up.
Her $1 million lawsuit is expected to move forward in Texas Court.
According to court documents, the couple started dating in 2019 and starting living together in March 2020.
The alleged incident took place in New Orleans, Kiana says that Chet lost it on her after she refused to listen to his demands.
An excerpt from the lawsuit states:
Defendant Hanks became aggressive and hostile. As the Plaintiff was lying in bed,
Defendant Hanks started verbally abusing and threatening her. He shoved her, threatening her with imminent bodily injury.
Kiana claims she could not leave the room because she was being physically restrained.
She also claimed Chet called her a “ghetto Black b*tch” and smashed her phone, during the altercation.
She said when she tried to break up with him in January he chased her around with a knife and “grabbed her by the wrist and twisted her arm.”
He allegedly kicked her legs and caused “her to fall as he dragged her across the pavement.”
A neighbor called the police, but Chet left before they arrived.
Kiana is suing for assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and she was granted a temporary restraining order against Chet.
Chet claims Kiana is a bitter ex who stole money from him.
Kiana laughed at the allegation that she stole money from him.
