Cardi B recently took to social media to address rumors suggesting she’s in the market for a new apartment due to her divorce from Offset.
The rapper, who’s currently expecting, set the record straight.
Cardi explained that she’s looking for a new apartment in the city to streamline her recording and work schedule.
I’m not getting an apartment because I’m getting divorced. I’m getting one because right now I’m in the city, and I need a place where I can take a shower.
I’m so tired of using my engineer’s gym bathroom to clean up. Sometimes I even have to rent a hotel just to shower. Plus, I need to be closer to my label for meetings twice a week and I’m also trying to get an office out here.
So, I just need an apartment in the city.
Cardi B also clarified that she does not live in Atlanta.
