Dr. Dre is as single as a dollar bill thanks to a California judge restoring his single status amid a messy divorce from his estranged wife Nicole Young.
Dre originally requested single status back in March, claiming Nicole’s “false allegations of domestic violence” was the point of no return. It is unknown why the judge did not honor his request at that time.
He may have won the single status battle, but the war of determining the validity of the prenup is still pending.
According to Nicole, the prenup should be declared invalid because Dre agreed he would not enforce it.

According to Dre, that is a lie and he maintains that the prenup is “ironclad.”
The prenup is vital because it will determine the property settlement between both parties.
Nicole filed for divorce in June 2020, and since then the proceedings have been complicated by abuse claims, diss tracks, and allegations of infidelity and love children.
Prayerfully, Andre Young and Nicole Young are able to come to terms soon, and move on with the rest of their lives.
