The disappearance of Briana Winston, a 23-year-old mother from Riverdale, is now being treated as a homicide case, with her boyfriend and his wife identified as persons of interest.

Briana’s family reported her missing on April 1, 2024.

However, she had ceased attending work since March 17, the day authorities suspect she vanished.

According to her missing person report, Briana was last sighted on March 16, 2024, at the Garden Wood Apartments in College Park, Georgia.

Now, here’s where the situation becomes highly suspicious: when Briana’s family visited her Riverdale apartment, where she had resided with the father of her child, they discovered it completely emptied—no clothes, no furniture, nothing.

Michale Edwards, the father of Briana’s child, and his wife, Briennna Phillips-Edwards, have both become persons of interest in the investigation.

Jasmine Edwards, Briana’s cousin, revealed to WSB-TV, “We just discovered that he was married. We were unaware.

Jail records indicate that Michale was arrested on April 8 and charged with aggravated stalking, while his wife was not taken into custody.

Briana Winston’s family is urgently appealing for any information regarding her whereabouts.

If anybody can just think, ‘Oh! I seen her this place, that day,’ that can help. If they seen him, Michale, or the wife, what did they see? What kind of car was they in? Where were they? Anything can help us,” said Walker.
