Boosie Badazz took to Twitter and said that he walked out of the 2023 film, The Color Purple, because it seemed like a “[LGBTQ] love story.”

The 41-year-old rapper, who has often been touted as homophobic for his controversial remarks and strong beliefs, said that he had his little girls with him and that the film was “pushing the narrative hard.”

As you can imagine, Boosie’s comment section was Litty City as people reacted to his tweet.

One person pointed out the hypocrisy of it all by simply replying using lyrics from one of Boosie’s songs where he raps about bisexual women.

Another person pointed out Boosie Badazz obviously didn’t see the original film and he has a daughter who is part of the LGBTQIA community.
