Benzino is behind bars.
The former “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star was arrested on Friday in Braselton, Georgia following an altercation with his ex, Althea Eaton‘s new man.
The man told police he and Althea were out for a walk in the neighborhood and when they returned to his truck, he was confronted by Benzino.
Althea’s new boo claims Zino approached him in a threatening and harassing manner.
New boo told police when he attempted to leave, Benzino hit his truck multiple times with his fist, denting the driver’s side door.
Zino had a totally different version of what happened. He told police he was in the area watching his son plan tennis.
He claims new boo came up to him and said he was going to “shoot him.”
Benzino denied damaging new boo’s 2018 Chevy Silverado, but eye witnesses said he did.
He was arrested and booked at Gwinnett County Jail on one count of criminal damage in the 2nd degree and one count of disorderly conduct.
Zino’s bail was set at $8,450.
Despite being arrested his troubles didn’t stop there.
An adult entertainer by the name of Ms. Exotic took to Instagram claiming she was in an “arrangement” with Benzino that was abusive and involved an abortion.
Peep the scoop via The Shade Room:
Then, things got really strange when Benzino’s son took to his Instagram page claiming his dad got into a fight with an inmate and sent him a photo of his injured hand.
The caption read:
@chavo My dad sent me this from the infirmary, he got into a fight with an inmate and is in 24 hour lockdown, the guy’s tooth got stuck in his hand, they are transferring him to another prison and should get bond. If not he will be in for another 90 days. He just want to thank his supporters and when he gets out he will tell his side of the story. #FREEBENZINO

Now…was Benzino’s hand injured in a fight or was it injured while denting new boo’s truck?
Also, I don’t know much about jail, but you can snap pics and send them to your family?
This is nothing but pure foolishness.
Zino is 55-years-old. He got to do better.
