We are very sad to report that Deshayla Harris from “Bad Girls Club” season 17 was killed in a Virginia Beach shooting.
Harris’s identity was confirmed by Virginia Beach PD on Saturday as one of two fatalities in three separate unrelated shootings from Friday night.
Deshayla was a bystander in the second shooting, and she was hit by a stray bullet from the crossfire of feuding parties.
The shooting took place near the beachfront area of town, where all the resorts are.
Deshayla died at the scene. She was 29-years-young.
Eight others were also injured from the shootings, and three people are in custody from the other shootings.
It is unclear if any suspects have been apprehended in Deshayla’s shooting.
Deshayla was known as a feisty and proud East Coast brawler on Season 17 of “Bad Girls Club.” She was dubbed the Firecracker Fashionista on the show.
“BGC” fans may remember the fight Deshayla got in with cast member Francesca after spitting in her face.
Cast member Key Marie posted a tribute on Deshayla’s Instagram page after hearing of her untimely demise.
