Kim Kardashian is pregnant with her and Kanye West‘s second child.
The reality TV star revealed the exciting news in a superteaser during the midseason finale of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
In the clip, Kim is at the doctor’s office where she receives the great news. Kim gives her sister Khloe the scoop saying, “I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!”
