Delta Airlines To Charge Unvaccinated Employees A $200 Monthly Surcharge For Health Insurance

Atlanta-based Delta Airlines will begin charging their unvaccinated employees $200 more a month for health insurance starting November 1.

Is this even legal?

Delta Airlines CEO Ed Bastian made the announcement this morning (August 25).

Beginning November 1st, all unvaccinated Delta employees enrolled in the company’s account based health care plan will be subject to that $200 monthly surcharge.
