It’s been 48 hours since Amanda Seales’ interview with Shannon Sharpe dropped on “Club Shay Shay” and the discourse surrounding it is still going strong in the streets of Twitter.
During her interview, Amanda discussed several things including her experience with Marsha Ambrosius while she was in Floetry, how Issa Rae failed to protect her, being “excoriated” by Black media outlets, and being diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Note: Amanda later took to social media to clarify that she was not clinically diagnosed with ASD.
She also blamed Shannon Sharpe for deflecting and interrogating her with “zero love.”
Some enjoyed the interview, found it insightful, and left with a better understanding of Amanda Seales, who she is, and how she functions.
While others felt like it solidified why she had been labeled an “unlikeable” person.
