HBO has released the official trailer for its original documentary, “40 Years A Prisoner.”
The documentary follows the story of a son, Michael Africa Jr., who commits his life to fighting for the release of his parents, two members of the Philadelphia Black radical group MOVE, imprisoned after a controversial confrontation with police.
“40 Years A Prisoner” is a Tommy Oliver film and features original music from The Roots.

The film is slated to premiere on December 8 at 9 p.m. on HBO.
I will be front and center because I still remember the day the city of Philadelphia dropped that bomb on the MOVE house.
