YFN Lucci requested that the judge set a reasonable bond because he has “four underaged children” and a mother to support.
Lucci says he provides a home and money to his mother who lives in Fulton County, GA.
Lucci said he is not a flight risk, and he “poses no significant threat or danger to any person, to the community, or to any property in the community.”
He also reminded the judge that he has no felony criminal record.
Lucci’s charges include murder, aggravated assault, and possibly gun and gang-related felonies, which will give the judge a lot to think about before he makes his decision.
In this situation, many people are affected by the actions of one person, who happens to be the provider.
YFN Lucci has placed himself in a very unfortunate situation.
