Woman Goes Berserk At Red Lobster On Mother’s Day Over 3-Hour Wait, Slaps Manager (Video)

21

A woman in East York, Pennsylvania completely lost her marbles on Mother’s Day when she got fed up over the 3-hour wait at a Red Lobster.

Just to be clear, the dining room of the restaurant was not open to patrons. All of the orders were to-go only.

A video that has gone viral on social media shows two employees trying to push the belligerent woman (who wasn’t wearing a mask) out of the restaurant as she is cussing and yelling, “I want my money refunded!”

Another employee responds, “You will get it!”

Rather than waiting for her refund outside of the restaurant, the woman continues to try to push her way back inside.

At one point, she reaches over the man that is also blocking her from getting back inside of the restaurant and slaps a manager by the name of Tiffany in the face knocking off her glasses.

It took multiple staff members and the grace of God to keep Tiffany from sending Red Lobster Robin to the crossroads!

Watch the clip below.

Who would wait 3 hours for Red Lobster on Mother’s Day without a mask? A crazy woman would.

The restaurant released the following statement:

It is always our goal to provide our guests with a great seafood experience, and unfortunately, for some guests, we did not meet that goal on Sunday.

We are working to better understand what occurred and how we can prevent it occurring in the future. That said, we do not tolerate violence for any reason in our restaurants

They also noted Tiffany was not injured in the incident.

Red Lobster Robin was not arrested and no charges were filed despite her assault on Tiffany.
