Trey Songz is trending in the streets of Twitter (X) and you already know why…he’s been accused of sexual assault AGAIN!

2 Women Sue Trey Songz For Sexual Assault

This time, the R&B is being sued by two women who claim they passed out at his house party and woke up to him forcing himself on them in nonconsensual sex acts.

According to the lawsuit, the incident occurred in 2015.

The women allege that they met the singer in June 2015 when they attended one of his concerts and received an invite to attend his afterparty.

Subsequent interactions led to the women receiving an invite to Trey Songz’s home in August for his birthday party.

The women claim at some point during the party, they were pressured to drink alcohol from unsealed bottles.

Shortly thereafter, the women say they felt overwhelmingly intoxicated and Trey led them to an upstairs bedroom where they passed out fully clothed.

The next morning, the women said they woke up naked with Trey forcing himself on them.

The women claim Trey Songz demanded that they take showers before leaving and when they refused he became enraged.

The singer allegedly refused to allow them to leave until a security guard intervened and gave the women their phones – allowing them to call an Uber.

Trey’s attorney is shooting down the lawsuit.

Michael Freedman, tells TMZ, “This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”
