In the latest episode of “Surviving Trey Songz,” the singer has been hit with a $10 million lawsuit for allegedly exposing a woman’s breast.

The incident occurred in August 2013 at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut during the “Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz” event.

Attorneys for Megan Johnson say she encountered Trey in the VIP tent.

As Megan was having a friend snap a photo of her, Trey allegedly came up from behind, pulled her breast out, and chanted, “T***ies in the open,” four times.

In the video, Megan Johnson quickly covers herself in embarrassment and laughs it off.

If this case sounds familiar it’s because it is.

We previously reported last year that Megan’s attorneys fired off a $5 million settlement demand from Trey to pay for his indiscretions.

Attorneys for Megan Johnson claim she was humiliated and the incident caused lasting damage, including severe emotional distress and self-harm.

The lawsuit accuses Trey of Sexual Battery/Assault, Negligence/Gross Negligence, and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress/Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress.

Trey Songz did not accept and pay the $5 million settlement, so now Megan is seeking $10 million in damages.

Michael Freedman, Trey’s attorney, said, “This is yet another example of decade-old allegations being repurposed into a federal case to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”

Trey Songz is now trending in the streets of Twitter as people discuss his latest lawsuit as well as the history of allegations against him.

But, this time, Chris Brown has been added to the convo as folks compare him to Trey to determine who the real villain is.
