In today’s episode of “Surviving Trey Songz,” the singer has been hit with a $5 million settlement demand letter for allegedly exposing a woman’s breast.
This time, there is video evidence.
The incident occurred in August 2013 at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut during the “Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz” event.
Attorneys for Megan Johnson say she encountered Trey in the VIP tent.
As Megan was having a friend snap a photo of her, Trey allegedly came up from behind, pulled her breast out, and chanted, “T***ies in the open,” four times.
In the video, Megan Johnson quickly covers herself in embarrassment and laughs it off.
But, her attorneys claim she was humiliated and the incident caused lasting damage, including severe emotional distress and self-harm.
I’m sure you may be asking why it took so long for Megan to come forward with these allegations against Trey.
Her attorneys say Megan was triggered by Trey Songz’s sexual assault case in Las Vegas.
[The case was closed by authorities and no charges were filed.]
The statute of limitations in Connecticut is generally three years, which may cause a problem for Megan’s case.
However, there is a loophole that may allow her to extend the period.
The legal document accuses Trey of Sexual Battery/Assault, Negligence/Gross Negligence, and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress/Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress.
Trey Songz has until May 5 to respond to the settlement demand.
Recently, Rory Farrell of the “New Rory & Mal” podcast spoke out about Trey saying knows of multiple women who have been assaulted by the singer.

Social media is always weighing on Trey and his latest allegations.
