In a turn of events that could only be described as “too lit to quit,” rapper Travis Scott found himself on the wrong side of the law early Thursday morning.

The 33-year-old chart-topping artist, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, was arrested for trespassing and disorderly intoxication at the Miami Beach Marina.

And yes, the details are as wild as they sound.

Marina Mayhem At Midnight

According to the Miami Beach Police Department, the incident kicked off around 12:44 a.m. when officers responded to a disturbance call about people fighting on a yacht.

Upon arrival, officers were greeted with quite the spectacle: Travis Scott, standing by the dock, yelling at the vessel’s occupants.

The rapper was reportedly disembarking from a charter boat when the owner, who surprisingly chose not to press charges, asked him to leave.

While Travis initially complied by sitting down, his cooperation was short-lived.

He repeatedly stood up, ignoring officers’ commands, and the police noted a strong smell of alcohol on his breath.

The situation escalated when an officer told Travis Scott to leave the dock, warning him of arrest if he returned.

Travis left the property but continued his vocal protest.

Round Two: The Return Of Travis Scott

Just five minutes later, Travis Scott ignored police demands and returned, causing further disturbances. The Miami Beach Police reported that Scott “became irate, screaming profanities,” before leaving and returning yet again to create more chaos.

Ultimately, Travis was taken into custody and transported to the Miami Beach Police Department.

During processing, he reportedly admitted to consuming alcohol, quipping, “It’s Miami,” as if that explained everything.

The rapper now faces charges of trespassing on property after a warning and disorderly intoxication.

He was held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center with bonds set at $500 and $150.

As of now, Travis’ bond has been posted, and he has since been released from jail.

However, it remains unclear if he will need to appear before a judge regarding this incident.

Travis Scott is laughing off his arrest.

He took to Twitter writing, “Lol.”
