Welp! Tory Lanez will spend the next month marinating in the house after a judge ordered him to house arrest until his trial in the Megan Thee Stallion case begins.

The order was handed down on Wednesday during a court hearing in Los Angeles where the district attorney argued the “Say It” singer violated the conditions of his bail in the Megan case when he assaulted August Alsina in September.

According to August, he was exiting the building after doing a show in Chicago, and Tory, who was accompanied by his bodyguards, confronted August because he didn’t dap him up.

August Alsina said he assumed Tory didn’t like him because of things Tory has publicly said about him in the past.

The singer also explained that due to his chronic and serious health issues his doctor advised him to compromise his health with handshakes while on the road.

August said he had a respectful conversation with Tory Lanez, but he still sucker punched him and fled while his security continued to assault August leaving his mouth bloodied.

Prosecutors say Tory Lanez continues to pose a threat to public safety and that the monetary bail wasn’t enough to deter him from his shenanigans and tomfoolery.

Tory’s attorney argued that her client was not charged in the August Alsina assault – there were only allegations.

The judge decided to place Tory on home confinement with a GPS ankle monitor until the Megan The Stallion trial begins on November 28, 2022.

The singer will stand trial on felony assault and gun charges for allegedly shooting at Megan Thee Stallion‘s feet and wounding her in July 2020.

Go sit in time out, Tory!
