Playboi Carti is being sued by Eliantte & Co. for a past due balance of $97,063.75 for custom jewelry he ordered in September 2020.
Eliantte is a celebrity jeweler who has a reputation for doing great work.
He made a 14-carat white gold diamond rosary chain and a custom diamond tennis chain for Playboi Carti.
The total price of the jewelry was $197,063.75, and Carti made a $100k payment on January 25.
He has not paid the remaining balance of $97,063.75, hence Eliantte’s lawsuit.
