A month after NeNe Leakes sued Bravo and Andy Cohen, she now finds herself at the center of a controversial lawsuit.
The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star is being sued by the wife of her boyfriend, Nyonisela Sioh.
Nyonisela is a Liberian businessman, who owns a couture suit company in Charlotte, North Carolina.
He was reportedly introduced to NeNe by her friend and former RHOA star, Peter Thomas.
In a new lawsuit, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, accuses NeNe of sleeping with her husband while they were still married and causing the collapse of their marriage.
Malomine also claims she was humiliated when NeNe posted photos of herself boo’d up with Nyonisela.
As of result of NeNe and Nyonisela’s relationship, Malomine says she suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection.
The suit was filed in North Carolina, which is one of seven states where a person can sue a spouses extramarital partner for alienation of affection.
You may recall in 2010, Antwuan Cook’s wife, Paula Cook, sued Fantasia for having an affair and a child with her husband.
Malomine is seeking over $100,000 in damages.
Ironically, NeNe Leakes coined the phrase, “Close your legs to married men.”
She has also scrubbed her social media page of all photos of Nyonisela.
