Mike Tomlin Gets Some Straightenin On USC Coaching Rumors

4

Mike Tomlin was hot as fish grease at a press conference when he was asked about his interest in coaching college football.

He let the media know that it would be the last time he addresses the ridiculous claim.

Tomlin has been the head football coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers since 2007 and he coached the team to a Super Bowl Championship in 2009.

It would make no sense for him to leave the NFL to coach a college football team, specifically, the University of Southern California Trojans.

It’s unclear who started the rumor, but when I first saw it I laughed it off.

But, it was no laughing matter to Mike Tomlin. You can literally see his mad meter max out by the end of his response.
