Mary Todd is the latest assailant to be charged regarding the Montgomery Riverfront brawl on Saturday, August 5.
The 21-year-old woman was charged with third-degree assault for attacking and kicking Harriott II Co-Captain Damien Pickett.
She surrendered to authorities on Thursday and is being held in Montgomery’s Municipal Jail.
Mary Todd was with the pontoon boat owners who refused to move their boat so the Harriott could dock on Saturday.
According to the police report, Mr. Pickett said Mary “pushed him in his throat and would not let him pass.”
When the boaters began their attack on the co-captain, Mary, who was holding a beer in her hand, began kicking him.
Previously charged boaters include:
- Richard Roberts, 48, two counts of third-degree assault
- Allen Todd, 23, one count of third-degree assault
- Zachery “Chase” Shipman, 25, one count of third-degree assault
