Love and Hip Hop Family Reunion” Season 2 accomplished the assignment, and many cast members admitted the experience had life changing effects.

The finale episode focused on Black Love Day hosted by Brooke Valentine and Marcus Black.

The couple spoke about their relationship and how they got to a space of unconditional love in an attempt to promote some final mending of unresolved issues within the group.

Mimi Faust spoke eloquently about how the pain Stevie J put her through with Jocelyn Hernandez ultimately strengthen her and showed her how resilient she is.

Steven Jordan you have been my biggest lesson.

For whatever reason God put you in my life to give me the lesson that I needed to move forward.

Cisco Rosado represented for the Creep Squad and apologized for his behavior during the season, and he reflected on how he grew up rejecting the concept of family.

The best I can tell y’all is I know I probably irritated half of y’all… Upset the other half, rubbed y’all the wrong way.

The best I can tell y’all is to be honest, the concept of us being here with it being a family reunion has been tough for me.

I’ve been alone for a while, since I lost my family.

When I was a little kid, my mother and my father they broke up.

My father left, he took everything that we had, right.

He even took me and my little brother’s bunk beds.

I never understood that, so I guess I reject the concept of family… Even though y’all all have tried to offer it to me.

So if I can say to you all, for individually, for what I’ve done or said or pulled you to the side at the wrong time or whatever it’s been that I’ve done to, you know, interrupt y’all day or energy or vibe I just want to say I’m sorry, I apologize.

I know we got a short time left if you all will have me… I would love to offer myself now as your brother for the next 24 hours, and for some of y’all ,you know what I mean, I would love to extend that and maybe be brothers for the rest of our lives, you know, because I can use it.

Bobby Lytes was so caught up in his emotions after Cisco’s speech that he stepped out on faith and proposed that Erica Mena and Cyn Santana hug out and resolve their issues.

But, Erica and Cyn were having no parts of that.

Rich apologized for the disrespectful comment and they all hugged it out.

All in all, I really enjoyed Season 2 of “Love and Hip Hop Family Reunion,” it was definitely the most productive.

I’m not sure how the issues that got resolved on the show will play out off the show, but it definitely made for good tv.
