Hold up! LilJuMadeDaBeat has entered the chat, and he may have poked a major hole in Pliescopyright infringement lawsuit against Megan Thee Stallion, GloRilla, Cardi B, and Soulja Boy.

As I previously reported, Plies filed a lawsuit on November 6, accusing the artists of sampling his 2008 track, “Me & My Goons,” without permission or proper credit on “Wanna Be” and “Pretty Boy Swag.”

However, LilJuMadeDaBeat, the producer of Megan top hits, claims they actually sampled and credited Big E, who produced Lil Wil’s infectious single “My Dougie,” which was released in 2006 (though some records indicate a 2007 release).

The Grammy Award-winning producer, whose real name is Julian Martrel Mason, also noted that Soulja Boy sampled “My Dougie” and even appeared on the remix of the song.

In closing, LilJu added, “’Me & My Goons’ literally wasn’t even the single for that Plies album.”

See his original tweets below.

Y’all know the drill…listen below and be the judge.

Now, Plies…I certainly hope you did your Googles before you went down to those people courthouse filing paperwork.
