Joe Budden had a lot to say on Wednesday’s episode of his podcast in regard to Megan Thee Stallion, Claudia Jordan, and Vivica A. Fox.
The rapper-turned-podcaster issued an apology for his previous remarks about Megan where he shared why he doesn’t like her.
You may recall that he said, “Personally, I’ve seen this woman do horrible things to some really great people that I have long-standing relationships with in this industry. So, I’m biased.”
Listen to the clip below.
Joe Budden didn’t apologize for saying he doesn’t like her, but he did take accountability and apologized for the way he carelessly discussed her mental health.
I’m apologizing to Meg, the people that love her, her handlers, her team, the people that have to support her through what has to be an exhausting trial.
I listened back, I got a few phone calls from women that I love appreciate and admire.
Joe Budden went on to add:
I’m apologizing for the careless manner in which I joked about her mental health. That didn’t sit right with my soul and my spirit…
But, that’s not funny because whether you believe her or don’t believe her can you afford to be wrong? And the answer is ‘no.’
I would not feel right if that girl went home and did something to herself cause then I would just be a part of the pile on.
And there is a seemingly a Meg hate train going on across socials.
Joe didn’t stop there.
He also responded to Claudia Jordan and Vivica A. Fox, who discussed his remarks about Megan Thee Stallion on their Fox Soul show, “Cocktails with Queens.”
Claudia referred to Joe as a “little boy” when presenting the story to her co-hosts and Vivica reacted by telling Joey to “button it up” and sit his “b**tch a** down.”
Watch below.
Joe Budden advised Claudia to “Shut the f**k up” because “it can get bad.”
As for Vivica, Joe said she was once “regarded as the Black woman all of America wanted to be with,” he then went on to mock the films she’s been in over the past few years.
He then said, “Vivica Fox, shut the f**k up before I book you for a movie. You don’t cost but $5 to get it down. I will book that entire Fox old hoes show for $75.99. You b**ches better leave me alone. Mind your f**kity f**k a** business. This is a Hip Hop matter that we talking about.”
