Jamie Foxx took to social media on Saturday night with a message after his birthday dinner debacle that left him needing stitches.
I previously reported the 57-year-old comedian and Oscar-winning actor was celebrating his birthday at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills on Friday night when someone at another table threw a glass that hit him in the mouth.
Jamie Foxx left the scene before police arrived and had to get stitches as a result of his injuries.
He took to Instagram to address his followers and supporters by sharing a message that read: “The devil is busy, but I’m too blessed to be stressed.”
In the caption of his post, Jamie wrote:
The devil is a lie. Can’t win here… thank you to everybody that pray and check on me…
when your light is shining bright… they try to bring you darkness … but they don’t know that you’re built for it…
