The IRS says all authorized first and second round stimulus checks have been issued.
So, what does that mean for the people who are eligible, but haven’t received their payments?
Well, the IRS says some checks may still be in the mail and will arrive as a paper check or as a pre-loaded debit card.
If not, the best way to get your stimmy is by claiming the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2020 income taxes.
If you received a stimulus payment that was less than you were owed or if you didn’t receive a payment at all, you can claim the Recovery Rebate Credit.
The IRS is urging everyone to file their taxes electronically and set up their refunds for direct deposit for the quickest turnaround.
Anyone with an income of $72,000 or less can file their Federal tax returns electronically absolutely FREE through the IRS Free File program.
