As the video begins, you see a woman on the right side of the screen holding onto a step rail for dear life.
She then slips on the steps, dropping her ski poles.
As the ad continues, you see the woman struggling to get up using the rail to try to stand upright on the stairs.
She successfully makes it down the stairs, and she has a little misstep as she walks out of the view of the camera.
The video is hilarious, and you can’t help but feel sorry for the woman.
