Lakers’ point guard Dennis Schröder and the Nets’ point guard Kyrie Irving got into an on-court spat last month.
Now, Schröder says he can no longer wear Kyrie’s shoes.
Unfortunately, l can’t wear them no more. It’s not possible after what happened in the game.
See the on-court spat in the video below:
Both players were ejected from the game in the third quarter, and Kyrie accused Schröder of calling him the N-word.
Kyrie expressed his disdain for the N-word on Twitter.
The N-word is a derogatory slur!
Throw that N-word out the window, right alongside all of those other racist words used to describe my people.
In a YouTube video, Schröder made this week showing off his shoe collection, he revealed that he owns 30-40 pairs of Kyries that he plans to give away.
Dennis Schröder says he will have the Kyries shipped out to fans that reach out.
Kyrie Irving — I have a lot of his shoes.
I can not do it. Not going to wear it again.
I’ll donate, so text me.
